Welcome to the Crystal Barrel experiment at ELSA!

Experiments using the Crystal Barrel detector at ELSA in Bonn focus on the investigation of photoproduction reactions on nucleons and nuclei. The detector system covers about 98% of 4π and has been used in various setups complemented by other detector components.
